Orders will ship the same business day if received by noon (local time, or by 9 a.m. Hawaii) on all updated and current accounts. Orders received after noon will ship the following business day. Carrier service may not include weekend or holiday delivery.

Returns

For returns, please contact Customer Service (1-800-783-2286) to obtain a return authorization number. Please include the return authorization number on the outside of the box when you return your shipment and send your return to:

• We only accept returns for sealed, unopened products.
• Returns must be made within 60 days of invoice date and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
• Expired product will not be accepted.
